How to stay positive in Corona Pandemic

Corona Pandemic situation is very horrible. Lot of people loosing their jobs, lot of people having huge losses in business. Lot of negative news floating around us. It's been very difficult to stay positive in current situation.

Please remember we don't have control over current situation. So we have two options 1) Having Pressure / Stress /Tension in our mind for things which we can't control. This will end up situation even worst. It will decrease your creativity and productivity 2) Calm down and try to utilize the time to the fullest. Because anyway we don't have control over current situation. 

Here are some tips to stay positive:

Daily Exercise and Yoga: Exercise and yoga helps in improving mood and it will reduce feeling of depression, anxiety and stress. One of the best Exercise is SuryaNamaskara.

Stay away from Daily Count Case Tracker: Just like scorecard of any game every time we keeps on watching corona case / death counts.  Please don't watch those counts. It will unnecessarily creates fear in your mind.

Stay away from news Channels: News channels only shows corona related news .They show news in such a way that you feel that whole world is going to get the corona. Constantly watching news will make you depressed and your fear Negativity will increase. Although you can watch it once in a day for few minutes but not constantly. 

Read Books:

Books are like moral booster for everyone in bad times. If you have free time you can read some amazing motivational books.

Express your Thoughts / Clean up your mind:

Most of the reason behind mental health issue is person doesn't express their Ideas, thoughts or anger against some situation or some people. 

And this Ideas, thoughts are started becoming poisonous in mind and it leads to depression / Anxiety.

there are multiple ways you can express your thoughts: 

1) Write your thoughts in a diary. 

2) Call to your family / friend / loved one and tell them whatever you want. You will feel too much relaxed after expressing your thoughts. 

3) Write a blog.

Please trust me 90% of metal health issue will be solved as soon as you start expressing whatever is there in your mind.

Keep your mind Strong:  

If you are taking proper precautions than don't be too much afraid about corona. I have experienced that many people who are too much afraid of the corona and have weak mind will have much higher probability to be infected.

Unfortunately if you are affected with corona than also you have to keep your mind very strong. Please remember affected with corona is not the end of life. If you have strong mind, trust me  you can defeat any disease in the world, no matter how deadly it is.  There are thousands of similar examples.

Time will pass away:

Please remember any situation doesn't last forever. It's same as Wind storm, It will fed away as time passes away. whatever in our control is to stay calm, stay strong and to wait for the storm to pass away.

So Let's be Strong, positive and creative in this Corona Pandemic.
